You should inform local suppliers if customers have taken your insurance plus rental agreements should be arranged in English ( in my case), by you. This should not be left to chance with a local office. You are dealing with, in the case of Hertz, global corporations and there should be greater co-operation with them.

Courteous. I was disappointed to have paid 660 euros for a car that did not have sat nav enabled even though it appeared to have been available on the vehicle. This would have made the experience far more enjoyable when operating in s foreign country.
