Driving Information Cook Islands

Driving Licence Requirements

The driving licence requirement in the Cook Islands state that you must be at least 18 years old and have a full driving licence valid in your country of residence. You will also need to purchase a local drivers license Cook Islands. The cost is approx NZ $22.50.

Age Restrictions

To hire a car in Cook Islands, you must be at least 21 years old and have held your license for 1 year.

Road Rules and Petrol Stations
