" Auto Europe has no active customer support service - not during office hours or after. This is a big change from when we last booked with Auto Europe. "
" My booking was from 11pm on 19th April. We were at the counter at 11:15 and we're charged extra 20 EUR for out of office hours. This was never mentioned in any of the communication re the car hire. Please consider a refund since my booking was with you in the first instance. "
