" On return we were told to drop the car in airport car park, nobody was there to check the car, took keys to the desk & I said about checking the car and we were told that nothing would happen to it. We were then stung with a €100 penalty, on refund and not even an email or explanation or picture of ant damage to the car! This probably happens to everyone as a way of collecting extra revenue during the downturn with Covid. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!! "

" Drop off queues almost merge with new customers trying to exit the facility. For drivers new to their vehicles this presents a possible recipe for disaster and it is a wonder that more minor scrapes and bumps do not occur. Not the best possible start to driving in Ireland. "

" Fast pick up and delivery, which is what is business people need. The GOS didn't work but that could happen anywhere and the cost taken off. The website is not clear and several anomalies occurred between what I had booked ( certainly wouldn't have opted either for an automatic or to drive out of the country!). Website doesn't make it clear that there is a charge for the GPS, at least not when you're in a hurry to book as I was. "

" Professional, helpful staff Anthony in particular who signed off my car on its return to Dublin airport and took off the charges for the non functioning GPS. He called me a taxi into the city and regularly checked that it had arrived ( through no fault of Anthony's it took 30 minutes). "

" A good experience although quite slow to get the car. Hertz had a much longer queue probably 10+ people where as yours was only 3 and they had cleared all of theirs before I was dealt with. The car was obviously not inspected prior to hiring as there was a stain on the back seat and a couple of minor scratches on the paint work which could have been highlighted and saved us some time. Apart from these issues I was happy with the experience, thank you. DJ "

" I always use Auto Europe, but don't always choose Almo / Enterprise. I find the Auto Europe experience efficient and good value. "

" I found all aspects of the experience favourable apart from the 'hard sell' at the outset when being sold Almo's own excess insurance. I was told if I didn't accept their insurance I would be liable for "the full market value of the vehicle". I didn't accept their insurance as I had independently booked excess insurance of my own, however I didn't appreciate the disingenuous sales technique. Similarly I was offered Sat Nav at the counter and again by the assistant handing over the car. I again declined this addition only to find the vehicle had Sat Nav installed as standard! I would have felt even more cheated had I paid extra for this. "

I said that my friend was 2 min away and would help me fit it then safe just left and didn't show me the basic functions of the car which would have been extremely helpful. The car I received was a Kia Sportage which was lovely to drive. "
