" To pick up the car I was a bit nervous , as the counter staff was so precise to find all the scratches or damage on the car, also warned me of any damage or late return going to be a costly to me, even though I had bought extra insurance to cover me for silly scratches if it would had happened during my stay in Bratislava, but to my disbelief on my way back to return the car, a lady in staff counter was absolutely brilliant, she was very professional, very friendly, so kind, after she checked out the car, she reassured me that everything was fine with the car, so she lifted a big stress from me, I wish I could remember her name so I could write a big thanks to her , but over all she had the best customer service I ever come a cross, if I had a company I would loved she work for me, thanks again to her , and I hope she forgive me by not remembering her name, best of luck with her career. " Experience was not great as I missed my flight and Auto Europe were not very helpful and did not try to make any changes to the pick up location. "
" I have missed my flight from Stansted airport to Bratialava on Friday morning then I had another flight but to Vienna on Friday evening. I called Auto Europe requesting if I can collect other car from Vienna airport or collect my car on Saturday morning from Bratislava airport. I found Auto Europe lady is not very helpful at all. She told me that I can not collect another car from Vienna airport and also it will be unlikely that the car will be kept to me and it will be nonrefundable. She asked me to call Alamo myself to find out what they can do for me. I had to call Alamo myself who informed that the car will be available at Bratislave airport on Saturday morning and I can not replace it and get a car from Vienna airport. So I had to travel from Vienna (where I stayed) to Bratislava airport. and collected the car. They charged me £30 because I said that I will use it in Vienna. I did not know that I will pay £30 if I crossed the border. "
