" Didn't arrive as I had paid for at the time and location as didn't show a booking on their system. Few calls including to autoeurope later they eventually turned up. Car was old, had marks everywhere, boot stuck a lot of the time. "

" The car we hired was very old with high mileage and covered in bumps and scratches, it looked very rough, I would not have kept my own car in that condition so it looked really uncared for. How they could assess any damage someone did to it is beyond me as it was already very damaged! Check out worked well and was good but there was no one to check the car back in, no indication of how to do it, they really need a key drop or something like that, we had to wait ages in a queue alongside other people collecting cars, it was very inconvenient especially as we obviously needed to get a flight. That really needs sorting. "
