" Customer service should be quicker. This is what I got after sending an email about the issue with the overcharge: Thank you for reaching out to Auto Europe. Due to a higher volume of inquiries, our current estimated response time is 6 to 8 weeks. 6-8 weeks....how valued is your customer? "
" Drop my keys in the keybox as there was nobody when returning the car. Avis charged me an extra day as they don't monitor their keybox and processed the return one day later. "

" Unwanted insurance was added, possibly due to language barrier. I wish this wasn't always a factor when hiring a car. Their PC didn't work so i didn't 'sign for' anything as contract was emailed to me later. "
