" We had no up front notification that the process at Gibraltar Airport had changed and that instead of collecting a car outside the terminal we had to go half a mile into a car park across the border into Spain. Bad enough when a lot of luggage is involved but when you have a 91 year old needing Special Assistance with you it is a major problem. It is even worse on the way back when the traffic over the border is too heavy to allow for crossing twice, making the 91 year old walk most of the distance in hot sunshine rather than a drop off at the terminal.
