" On the whole the booking was handled to great satisfaction, however the downside was not only being hired a car that wasn't to the specification of my booking. Booked a manual and received an automatic. Also a member of staff never left the premises to check the vehicle before or after the booking in my presence. Leaving it open to interpretation should there have been a dispute. "

" Upon pick up I was offered a car with a much smaller boot than what I booked, they were trying to make me pay extra for a car with a larger boot. I had to evidence to them the boot size in litres of the cars to highlight difference before they agreed to give me a car with similar boot size charge free. So they did Accomodate eventually which was good. I am awaiting my credit card bill as they have not advised me if I encurred any extra charges & I do not know if they must by law so I am at their mercy. "

" The car was good. The service was not. I had a puncture. I contacted breakdown service using number provided. They collected the car. I spent 2 days of my holiday trying to find out how to get the car back. Eventually had to go and get it back myself from somewhere an hour's drive away from where I was. No-one tried to contact me. Avis Arlanda do not answer the phone (ever). Not impressed. I would like a refund. "
