" Firstly at the airport information point and surprisingly no one knows about AZ rent. I booked a 4×4 SUV (Nissan xtlrail or similar) but I got a chevrolet cruze hatch back. It was not a new car as well but was very clean inside and out but with shaded paints etc. Called the number on the voucher upon arrival but no answer after 5 tries so had to search online for AZ rent number and contacted a person who sent the representative. Car didnt have any technical issues that I could notice. I had to keep a deposit of 300USD in cash instead of a credit card deposit. Upon returning one guy checked the car and then we waited till his manager came with the deposit after 30 minutes. All the staff were polite and friendly but the loss was for me. Not happy with what I got for the amount I paid. Dissapointed. "
