" I always use Windycar buy the vehicle we had was in very poor condition and they had a while fleet of available cars. Also we had to stop within 5 minutes to put air in the tyres as they were flat and the fault light was on. "

" We purchased full insurance through autoeurope. However goldcars refused to give us the car unless we purchase full insurance again, that was extra £50. The vehicle had dents and scratches all over, which was highlited to the officers where we collect the car, their answer was that is ok as we are fully insured. Thank goodness we took a video of the condition of the car on collection, as shortly after we dropped the car off, we received an email from the insurance as they tried to claim we had dented and scratch the car. When we dropped off the car, as it was after hours, we were meant to drop the key in a key box. Someone approached us and asked for the keys saying they can park the car for us and drop the key (confirmed scan). Also, a day later, they claimed we have not returned the car with a full tank, fortunately we had taken a picture of the dashboard showing a full tank and kept the receipt for filling the tank just prior to drop off. I have noticed a £13 charge on my account from goldcars, no explanation, which I will have to call them tomorrow for an explanation. In conclusion, avoid them, but if you must use them make sure you protect yourself by keeping solid evidence of every little mark on the car. "

" We haven't yet received our TL1200 credit card deposit back from Bodrum Goldcar. We were told when dropping off the car the refund would be automatic. We returned the car with a full tank and in perfect condition and so far no deposit returned. "

" disappointed with points in 3 "

" The credit card with charged for the deposit and not held as usually against the card. this meant that I have paid an extra £50 on exchange rates since the value was not locked and held. Which upsets me as the whole effort of getting a cost effective price goes out of the window. I want compensation for this difference and Auto Europe should be responsible for notify its customers of this possibility. Also the hard sell for additional insurance was painful dealing with Carwiz as it didn't stop they kept on pushing it even those I had the coverage from Auto Europe. As a customer experience this is dreadful. The car was returned 3 days early as well. "

" not selling the product which isn't valid in turkey, feel cheated "

" hi i paid extra money for premium insurance which covers pretty much everything. when i went to collect the car, they said it's not valid in Turkey, so i paid them again for the same thing. it was fraud and robbery in broad daylight. will not recommend them at all. also first time i hear you get an empty fuel tank and you return empty, horrendous experience. "

" The staff at the pick up and drop off vehicle were very friendly and efficient. The staff from the drop off point kindly drove me to the Bodrum international airport. There was two small issues with the car. The 5th seat belt at the back was stocked in the bank and the back sit zip was broken. The car was very efficient and clean. The deposit contribution taken at the pick up point was refunded within 3 days. overall a great experience and the price paid for the vehicle was fair. "

" See above comments. also, it shoud have been made clear that when pickup is shown as "in terminal" it may mean, for Bodrum, at the domestic terminal, which is in another location, albeit not far away. It also requires baggage scan to enter the domestic terminal to reach the Goldcar desk "

" My voucher from yourselves indicated that cost of additional driver would be 20TRL per day (max 60TRL). Goldcar would not accept this and I was forced to pay for the full 14 days. The limit of three days payment was one of the reasons I chose to book through Auto Europe so I would like an explanation and, ideally, a refund of the extra cost. "

" On arriving at the airport we got picked up in a very nice Peugeot 3008 witch was a very nice vehicle witch I was very pleased with as it was a big enough vehicle to get all our luggage into it we where taken to do the paper work and I was asked if this vehicle was good or did I require a bigger one at a extra cost of £6 per day no thanks the car we got picked up in is good,When I went out side to collect the car I find that all our luggage had been taken out of the 3008 & put into a smaller 2008 what is this I asked the man replyed (your car) no i said to small, he then said (no same size) after a lot of phone calls & arguing him saying it's same size & me saying no because the luggage wouldn't fit in the car they didn't have a Nissan Qashqai but insitted that the 2008 is ( same size ) I don't think so because I have one & all our luggage fitted in nice so a a result of this I don't think I will be using them. Very poor service from Enterprise "

" When we arrived there were no child seats, despite having it confirmed there would be two. The company found one and then advised me a 4 year old didn't need one in Turkey. On arriving at my Villa I checked this on line to find this untrue. Credit to the company they then went out and bought a seat and delivered it direct to me, but unfortunate the booking wasn't correct on arrival. Everything else was fine. "

" No indication in the International Terminal as to their location (Domestic Terminal). Had to ask at another car hire firm for directions, then a ten minute walk. At 11.00pm this is not fun. Bought additional insurance which I understood would cover all eventualities. I lost a wheel trim on the mountain road back to the airport and I believe they want to charge about 85 euros for a replacement (on a Fiesta). I thought the additional insurance should have covered this. Also the rental return directions at the airport are non-existent (not Budgets fault). "

" Easy booking - 2nd time I've used service. "

" Easy collection and drop off with friendly staff, however car was a very old Fiat Linea, that had lots of external damage, had done 75k. I had little confidence in the cars Saftey, as it had had previous accident damage/repairs to front end, remote key would not work, radio did not work and the inside of the car was dirty and smelly. The engines also struggled and kicked out black smoke under acceleration. "
