" It's not a complaint for the money they charge but I have never had to wash a car before returning it. I paid them €10 instead. Also car was a bit old but for the money I am not complaining. I would use them again "

" Overall very good experience. Drop off & collection were quick, just had the additional 20 euros to pay that was on top of what the autoeurope paperwork said. "

" On all the paperwork I had it said a 40 euro cross border fee but they charged me 60 and said they could not change this as it is automatically on their system. They said it must be auto europe having out of date information. "

" Awful, frustrating, upset and angry with so many emotions about my experience with this company. Never again as a complete scam. Took my money and never came with the car and on top told me when I rang them they won't be coming! "

" Absolutely appalling!!! Didn't turn up and when following the instructions on the voucher no existence of shuttle bus to get to the rental company. Not only that, when calling the number provided the person had no idea and gave 3 other numbers for me to call. After being passed from pillar to post I was specifically told I would not be getting my hired card as no payment was received by them! I was left at the airport for 3 hours with my 1 year old baby to go and search for a legit hire company and pay for a another car as this company were a fraudulent company. "

" Very unsatisfied by my experience "

" No one was at the airport when we arrived. I called the number on the booking voucher and found that it was an unrecognised number. I asked the other car hire companies based at the airport and they confirmed the address was that of the carhire section of the airport but they didn't recognise the name of the firm. I called Auto Europe who did their own checks and found that they too didn't have any valid numbers for this company. I was promised by Daniel that I would be getting a full refund "

" (LIS) Ada (Reservation Support) Feb 4, 2022, 14:11 AST I am still waiting for my refund and hopefully for some compensations for inconvenience caused by your incompetence in choosing partners in Bosnia. Could you please let me know when will I get my refund and compensation. "

" Day before vehicle collection I visited "The Office" in Sarajevo and realized that office never existed on given address. My uncle lives in the same address for last 50 years and he never heard of Nur Rent. Second. Telephone number provided was discontinued. After contacted Auto Europe office I was given new number with office in Tuzla and Mostar. . On Collection date the vehicle and the driver never arrived. After 20 calls the Male called Aldin answered saying that he didn't know anything about the rent and that he will, maybe if he finds a free car, deliver it tomorrow. I gave him an hour to let me know about new delivery. He has never replied . I contacted the Auto Europe to find alternative vehicle but unfortunately new rentals were 3-4 times more expensive so I was promised the full refund. I was expecting a compensation as well, for my long distance calls from Bosnia as well as for inconvenience for missing day of my rental and paying higher fees for new rental with the other company. "

" We werè told that the fiat 500s we were given were the same class as a Renault Megan's, which is what we originally hired. We were somewhat surprised by this. I would say they definitely had less space than we wanted which made the journey uncomfortable for 3 teenagers in the back "

" Breaks were not in a good condition, dangerous. On pick up told us that is compulsory to pay for car wash, although that was never mention in the contract and it never happened previously , ever and I rent car in Sarajevo often... not good enough for high price we paid "

" You are not helping me much in getting my rights from Nur rent a car "

" WARNING * SCAM AGENCY Think 1000 times before you rent from this agency and don't be fooled by the good reviews posted by the friends of the owner. This agency almost got me killed, ruined my holiday and charged me through the teeth for it. You might think you are saving money by renting through them. The truth, you will get a super old car with hundreds of thousands of miles and poor maintenance. In my case, I got a car with bad brakes and wheel balancing and NO ABS. I had a situation when I needed to break strong to save my life from a rogue driver and ended up losing control of the car and hitting the side of the road. I then call the agency to see what I need to do. Instead of offering to help, the first response was that they are going to take my deposit.. without even trying to see what was the damage. Next day they were charging my credit card left and right (fortunately I blocked it when I saw their reaponse). Now after taking the deposit, the manager wanted to take the police report so he could get the full insurance refund ( I should not have paid the excess as the accident was not my fault.. but again this is not your typical rental agency). After an argument they stopped responding to my messages and calls, leaving my stuck in Bosnia not knowing what to do. I asked for a simple invoice and damage report to justify what they are charging me and they refused to provide them. Please be careful.. pay an extra few euros and get with a reputable agency so you get a good service and good support in case of problems and avoid these thugs. "

" Auto Europe were a pleasure to hire a care through. They were so good to deal with when enquiring about the booking and were so easy to make changes to the booking before and during the hire. This was my second time using Auto Europe and I definitely would use them again. "

" Europcar were great to deal with for my car hire. They were friendly and spoke great English when picking up the car and returning it. They let me take the car out earlier than intended and were ok when I accidentally returned it a bit late. Easily added an extra day to my booking during my hire. Have used Europcar many times and would use them again. "
