So thought it would be a Focus, 308 or even Skoda type car. Further car petrol cap was very tough to get out, the unlock lever only worked now and then. Lastly they charged over 60 euros to hire a car seat for toddler. Seems extortionate. Cheaper to buy one. "

" Once booked, everything was very straightforward. I didn't like the first car because it had stickers all over it looking like an agent/rep car but was able to swap it and that was fine. The car I got, a Dacia, was super lazy and not very nice to drive but I chose that out of the cars available so I guess it's down to me, too. The whole process was easy and the staff at the airport lovely, thank you! "

" When I was struggling in my dealings with Buchbinder there was no one who I could speak to from Auto Europe. I believe you should have someone available while the companies you are using are open for business. "
" I was really disappointed at the attitude of the counter staff. Although the car was booked for 9am my group and I were attending a wedding 3.5 hours away so wanted to get a good start. I therefore got to the airport at 7.50am and was delighted to see that the counter opened at 8am. However nobody came to open at 8am(unlike the other rental counters) so I called the mobile number and asked what time they would open. I was asked 'what time is your booking', I told him 9am but explained my situation, and was told 'I am in the car park and I'm very busy, I will be there at nine'. I again asked if I could at least get the paperwork sorted to I could take the car at nine and was told 'I'll be there at nine'. He then arrived at 9.05am with no comment on being late, and just about dealt with my car in between personal texts and walking to other rental counters with no explanation of what was happening. I finally managed to drive away at 9.30am which meant my group and I started the day with unnecessary stress. Can't fault the car at all, but having known the booking was for six people the parcel shelf was left in the car and in Ford S Max there is absolutely nowhere to put it when the rear seats are in use. Another complete unnecessary negative on an otherwise satisfactory rental. "
