" As above I am not happy at being misled & sold items which were not explained to me when I picked the car up & did not want. Plus being charged far more than the final invoice amount. Based on this how could I recommend this service to a friend ? "
" Not happy as I am being charged more than my final invoice amount & I had extras added which were not explained to me. I only asked them for their full insurance cover. I feel I had been misled when I picked the car up. The car return was busy & chaotic with staff just dealing with anyone in no order. "

" Did not like that i was forced to give a deposit for fuel of approx 90 euros - to ensure tank was brought back full. There was no staff at drop off to confirm that the tank was returned full. I now need to trust them to refund me and wait for two weeks. Would not use them again. Also very slow process "
