" I had great difficulty opening and closing the fuel cap on my Vauxhall Astra. When the car was returned I explained my problems and later received an bill for Euro 195.08 to repair the fuel cap. Upon enquiry, Budget ignored several requests to provide an explanation for the additional bill. "

" The Auto Europe website is not at all clear. Please provide accurate information about the CDW excess payable on a particular rental, and also the costs of SCDW at the rental station. I know you are reluctant to do so, because you sell your own insurance, but this is o,portami information, which is shared by your competitors "
