" Auto Europe is great. Budget in Arlanda airport not so much. "
" Vehicle had unregistered damage on pick up which we had to raise. Then on return we were charged for a tiny windscreen stone chip which I'm pretty sure we did not cause. A tiny stone chip resulted in a £200 charge. Outrageous! "

" When I picked up the car it was dark and parked in 20cm of snow. When I returned the car the guy who looks for dents went straight to the drivers side sill where there was a dent. I got the impression He might of known about it before. I didn't cause any damage to the car. "

" Unfortunately we were deceived at the counter by the Budget Agent as upon drop off we were charged for additional drivers which we didn't request. We are still in dispute with Budget about this. "

" It has been automated and seems to have worked except for automated replies to my query saying it has been received but nothing further. "
" The staff at the desk were polite, professional and efficient. However, they explained that there would be someone when we returned the vehicle on a Saturday morning (08:00) but there was not, so that was disappointing as we had (on their advice) paid in advance for 2 trips into central Stockholm - which in the end we did not use. I have emailed twice trying to get this refunded and I have heard nothing back. Although this is not a vast sum I would like the refund but seem to have to fight hard to obtain it. So in terms of communication I have marked down my experience "

" Surprisingly long delays, particularly since the airport was so quiet. "
" Very long wait (20 mins) for airport transfer bus. Very delay at Budget counter (about 20 mins for each customer) Long walk to Vehicle, passing loads of empty spaces to the furthest away parking bay. "

" Would never use Budget again as given wrong contract, car NOT full of fuel and interior of glass dirty sticky foggy making vision at night difficult due to glare. Never again !!! "
" Car was different to the email contract I was sent. I hah Peugeot 208, paperwork said I had a Nissan Qashqui. Tried 3 times to contact branch after 10 minutes each call never connected. Car's interior glass foggy and sticky making night vision difficult. Car was NOT full of fuel when I got it but it was when I returned it. Told in branch that nothing could be done as contact was pre paid. Would never use Budget again. "

" There was an additional charge of around 50 pounds for driving the car from Sweden into Norway that was not expected and not visible in any contract we had. Its not even clear what this charge is for. It could be road tax but that much for two weeks? "

" Everything was perfect, only thing is that some damage was missing from the initial car report and it was pretty dirty on the outside, as it's a busy time for the car rentals I am assuming they didn't have time to wash it before I picked it up. "
