Calgary Airport consists of one terminal divided into four concourses, A, B, C and D. Located only 10 miles from the city of Calgary, the airport is connected to the city by regular public and shuttle bus service on a daily basis. The express service to Downtown with limited stops, known as Route 300 Airport BRT, operates every 20 or 30 minutes. At Bus Bays 16 and 17 you can find hotel courtesy shuttles as some airport hotels offer this service to their guests. Allied Downtown Shuttle Service is a new, on-demand service from the Bus Bay 19 with various pick-up points in Calgary. The Allied Shuttle counter where tickets can be purchased is located on the Arrivals level near Gate C. The counter is open between 8am and midnight. Tickets are also available online. Passengers who, due to a disability, cannot use regular buses are welcome to use accesible vehicles of many of the taxi operators at the airport. Drive your car hire to Calgary downtown via 96 Avenue (Airport Trail). Turn left onto Deerfoot Trail and continue straight down AB-2 S. Calgary Airport has plenty of suitable and convenient parking options not only for both long and short-term stays but also for every budget. Ideal for quick passengers pick-ups and drop-offs, you will find the short-term car park in each parking structure. It is situated on the ground level and the first 30 minutes are free! Maximum stay in this car park is 30 days. Payment in the P2 area of the short-term car park can only be made via credit card at Exit Station. Debit cards or cash are not allowed as a means of payment here. For long-term parking options please use Parkade 2 where the maximum parking duration is 60 days. In the city of Calgary you can park your car hire on the street for free on Sundays and holidays as well as on working days after 6pm. However, be sure to look for signs that indicate no stopping or no parking zones. In addition to on-street parking you can park your car in one of the city's many secure car parks.
