" As far as I can understand there was no doublecheck that CAR 1 had indeed received our booking via AUTOEUROPE. all is automatic computer exchange and the system failed somewhere. A I have contracted AutoEurope, I held you responsible for this failure. I had to call the help desk 3 times to get somebody who 1 transferred me to the supposedly CAR1 agency but the number was wrong and secondly never came back to us to inform us of the progress of the resolution of our issue. We had finally to stay at the airport for 1 and 1/2 hour waiting in the uncertainty of what was happening until we found the Contact of CAR1 looking for us. this was realy not a nice start of holiday. secondly we have had a very different car than what we had paid for.
