" as you can see from your records I rent cars from you very regularly and have recommended you to friends and family. I was disappointed with the last rental for reasons stated above. "
" The price for the rental has been very competitive but the old saying you get what you pay for is very true. The pick up is not from the airport as your site and voucher state. There is shuttle bus. There was no telephone number on the-voucher which did not trouble me as the voucher indicated a pick up at airport so assumed there would be an office as is the case with other agencies. We got the contact number from the tourist office and the shuttle bus arrived pretty quickly. The car was battered, covered in dents etc and the engine did no sound too great either but it got us from A to B. The agent did a very hard sell of their insurgence which I declined as I have an annual cover. He returned to the topic of insurance several times during collection. I was asked to wash the car on drop off. When I said that this was not specified, the agent conceded that they would wash it. I did not damage the car as I checked it but following the drop off, I was sent an invoice for 900 polish zloty for an alleged chip in the paintwork. The photographic evidence provided could have been from any car, any time. The agent did not spend any time explaining the workings of the car as he was focused on selling insurance. I would not use this company ever again but admit that I did not pay much for the rental, lesson has been learnt. I am challenging the charge of 900 PLN which appears to be a blatant fraudulent attempt to extract money from the Clements. Having looked at company reviews, mine is not a solitary experience. "

" AutoEurope have now twice been my choice as they cover my son who is under 25, unlike so many other hire companies. It's a pity we had to suffer the ridiculous pedantry of CarWiz. "
" A mark, not a scratch, was noted on the rear plastic bumper upon return as a concern. This mark was smaller than 1cm yet warranted the need to check whether I had full cover otherwise I would have to pay for a repair. As a frequent car hirer, I would have never picked this mark up or flagged it when picking up a car. This was beyond pedantic and ruined what was otherwise a realty good experience. It made me feel they were looking for any excuse to make some additional charges. "

" Absolutely the best rental place in Gdansk. Top customer service with low prices. After getting puncture in Sunday they got me a new car and taken away broken one in under 1hr. I left my watch in car and they got it back safely. Very caring and nice ppl. Also their office is just opposite terminal so don't be put off by that because is literally stone throw away. Tried to claim we damaged the vehicle - we did not! Refused to engage in discussion and were incredibly rude. Did not provide any evidence that we had caused the damage. "

" First of all it was supposed to be meet and greet ! We spent an hour walking around trying to find then and nothing . After contacting they said that we'd have to make our way to their offices that are 5 mins by car away from the airport. Ridiculous ! Then they charged us for the car seat again "

" We had a great experience with this car hire firm. Booked our hire through Auto Europe and they subsequently arranged our hire with CarWiz. When we landed at the airport we rang the number on the booking form as they don't have a office in the terminal and their base is about 1km away. The driver was there in less than 5 minutes and we were in our car 20 minutes later. The car was a Corolla hybrid and it was ideal. Would use this company again without hesitation "

" I would recommend Auto europe as have used it a few times all over Europe but not necessaryily Carwiz- unless they fire Dominik. I only used it due to it having the best options with no excess. "
" I have previously used CarWizz last year and was overall satisfied with my experience. This year however was a different story. To begin, there was no one waiting at the airport even though I made sure to call up beforehand with my flight number and arrival time. The flight was about an hour late but this should be taken into account by staff (as they were aware of flight number). I tried to contact them by phone and eventually got through on my fifth try. When the rep finally showed up (in casual clothes with no logo or badge) he didnt bother to even get out of the car and to greet and introduce himself or the company, he was unhappy to even open the car boot for us to put our bags. During the ride he made remarks about having to wait around since the flight was late and was rushed stating he has other things to do. At the office he was totally unprofessional and and had no clue on basic customer service. He didnt show us the car all over or explained any damage- he just wanted papers signed and to leave as he was in a rush he stated. He also tried blocking 4500zloty (1000euro) on my card dispite I had booked a zero excess policy with a 300euro deposit and actually had to prove this to him. Dominik (guessing from the emailed agreement papers since he did not introduce himself) was extremely rude and gave us a very unpleasant experience. I honestly wonder how he got the job in the first place! I had a completely opposite experience when dropping off the car. Dawid was totally professional, friendly and helpful. A nice surprise! "

On drop-off the car was checked and we noticed it had a very small damage on the passangers side. Despite fact that my rental included collision damage coverage with 0 excess, I was charged equivalent of about £50 and told I should claim it back from Auto Europe "

" As above. On auto Europe website it says CarWiz is 'at airport' which I would expect a car rental desk and walk to car in airport car park. It is not 'at airport' but outside airport perimeter. "
