" The T&C were written in UK English using insurance terms that a UK person will understand, third part, full comp etc. The price was good in comparison with other similar deals from the same location. "
" Almost new car, great to drive, return quick easy. On collection I asked for two x one day second driver insurance, the first and last days of our rental. I had checked with Autoeurope in the UK before we flew that we could have 2 x single day second person insured. Counter staff at pick up point blank refused on offering single day insurance for second driver only offering for whole rental period about $300 dollar rather than 2 x $15. I was very disappointed as all the other parts of the rental were great. "

" I might have liked the option to have an insurance excess and pay a little less. Similarly, I might have liked the option to pay a little more for satnav. The hire rate seemed a bit high to me, but it was also the best I could find, so maybe I just picked a bad time! "
" The rental process was smooth and I was not subjected to any hard sell for optional items. No manual was provided for the car, which meant it was not clear how to operate cruise control or other ADAS features, nor was it clear how to open the rear doors from the outside (answer: you need to press unlock twice on the front door). The type of fuel to be used was not specified. The car had various minor blemishes, which were not itemised. At the departure gate the attendant said these could be ignored since I had full damage waiver with no excess, but it still made me feel a little uncomfortable. The car was not checked in my presence on drop-off, which was also a bit weird. "

" When I booked I hadn't realized that the car would be supplied by Dollar. Also, the booking said that the desk was in terminal. It wasn't. Dallas car rentals are a 10 min shuttle bus ride away. "
" I reserved a car weeks in advance of my arrival. I had to wait 2 hours before my car was made available. The excuse was that they had NO cars. After travelling for 16 hours this is the last thing I needed. Other travelers who has reserved cars that day were told that they would not get a car a car and a couple I spoke to had been overcharged by hundreds of dollars - an issue that the staff could not rectify because it was a 'system' issue. "

" Very very poor..I was lied to repeatedly just for them to charge me extra. Nobody can answer anything. They pass the buck. Charge for miscellaneous things and then lie about it. Say will refund then double charge. Not auto Europe's fault. Just budget. Advise people to take a picture of ya reading before take car back because we got lied to at that. They said they scanned it and that was true because there was zero way for this to be possible as I took the same car out again and didn't clock it in with anyone as I was in the parking lot from the furthest point and the person at the cash desk said that's fine. Also my recite said the tank was full. All in all I would tell anyway to run for the hills when it comes to budget. "
