" Very bad customer service, been provided a car which was not safe, when back to them to sort the wheels of the car they said they cant change the tyres which where very badly wearn and told me they will come to me tomorrow and sort it out but never done. I have been calling them hundred times, calls where never answered by the way Hertz and dollar are the same in tangier airport. I had to take the car to garage the day after I collected the car to fix the front left. When I went to them to sort the other tyre they just gave me excuses to delay for them to sort it out, thank god nothing happened to my family in that car. They gave me very unsafe vehicle, tyres, window wipers was wearn out too, the engine was leaking water. Very bad staff. Never again would I go back to Hertz or dollar. "

" Online booking was simple & efficient, sadly when we got to Marrakech airport, we waited 1 1/4 hrs to be served in a queue of 6 people & one assistant serving, Once we started the process, we were told we had no insurance & I was charged over £200 for extra insurance plus a further holding amount to cover excess! This is the scam that used to be had all over Europe, especially Spain & Greece years ago. I am not happy at all! "

" The C4 cactus we got wasn't on its best shape, automatic gearbox was the worst I've ever driven, not smooth and made weird noises at low speed. The Aircon needed a gas charge. 60k km car had seen better times! Still the car brought us to our destination without any problem, driving through the mountains and finally reaching the desert. Easy to drive, good for 4 adults with cabin 4 size suitcases and small bag packs. worst point was that the rear windows couldn't be fully opened. "

The car was in extremely poor condition, as the periodic replacement was not performed and the "Service" indicator in the car lit during the middle of our trip. We did not find instructions in English, exactly what this problem meant and we were worried about serious consequences. The biggest disappointment was at the return of the car. The employees who accepted it, claimed that paint damage had been suffered and despite the photos we provided as proof that all the damage and scratches were present before, were not entirety accepted, and we only managed to "reduce" the claimed damages from three to one. However, I insist that the damage from the rear of the car to be reviewed, because it was originally present as well as others on the same component. As proof, I'm sending you photos from the date of hiring. Generally, almost all of the items were inappropriate, and I or the insurer should not have to pay for items already damaged that were most likely already filed as damages. Please be reconsidered and removed any claims to me. "

" It was the worst experience we have had hiring a car and then to be pointed out that we had to pay and additional 250 Dirham to have the car hovered on returning the car was extremely disappointing (as there was hand written small print pointing this out) was appalling. We made every effort to keep our car clean and tidy, but due to the sandy nature of Morocco, it was inevitable that the inside of the car would hold additional sand/dust, particularly with 4 of us driving around for 6 days. Ideally we would like to be reimbursed with this 250 Dirham as it was not part of the official document, only hand written on the form and due to the incredibly long wait we experienced. "
" We would never use Dollar again as they were incredibly slow. We have hired cars in various places over the world and these were by far the slowest. We waiting an hour and 15 mins just to be seen and there were only 3 people in front of us. It took a ridiculously long time and when we got out to the car park our car wasn't there and the people in front of us were then sitting on the pavement waiting for their cars too. No one we spoke to in front of us or behind us were happy at all with the service. "
