" The car was in good condition almost new. However, the pick or drop the care was very stressful. There was no one at the aiprt despite booking the car for over a month earlier. I had to call different people and waited for almost 45 minutes (messed up my holiday plan). The fuel tank was not full as agreed. The person dropped the car asked for 50EAD instead of 20. They just need to improve their customer service to be on the same level as other providers. "

" Pleasent experiance from start to finish "
" It was a pleasant experience from picking up the car to dropping it off, it took a while to hand over the car back to the staff at the end of rental , and also I wasn't made aware that the deposit amount is blocked for 21days, i only found out at the end of my rental period. "

" Hidden charges . Had to wait an hour for vehicle to be brought to my terminal. My return flight was an early morning flight . I was told would be extra charge for out of hours collection !! I will not use this company again !! "
