" The booking and the payment it was great. But to pick up the car it was hassle and the car it was ex smoker and no head light function and smelly ..... shame sorry "

" I have rented several cars from EUROPCAR in Cairo. However, they have all been old cars with plenty of issues, ie break issues, dirty and smiley interior and external damages. I contacted Europcar direct with my voucher and asked as a regular customer to book a new clean with no issue car and they replied back on whatsapp to confirm that they booked a 2022 car for me. Guess what, the car I received was 2019. even though then told me that Kia sportage was an upgrade, it had issues, no display screen, usb was not working and the worse thing was coning me for an additional 50 US Dollars for such a car, so they charged me $25 instead of $15. Very poor service I received from such a world class and one of the leading car rental company. "

" No problems with you but with europcar in hurghada. Firstly they said the rental was from the hurghada airport branch but it was in fact from the downtown branch in Sheraton street, although there was a pick up we had to wait quite awhile and then drive 10km past our hotel into town. Rental was ok but on our return they suddenly want to charge for cleaning having never ever mentioned it. I think they relented and accepted they'd never mentioned it and it is not usual policy for Europcar, one reason i chose them. However i will let you know if they do make any deductions i have a signed contract saying the car was returned without damage or charges but not 100% confident in them. "

" The car was old, sounds of sevo on start, very loud engin, the car was very dirty outside and inside, I complained verbal , phone report and e mail,no reply, had no time to request change of the car, this car should not been used by Europcar, please forward my complaint to them . "
