" NEVER AGAIN. Another con! My booked car was not available. I had to wait another 40 minutes for another car! Then I got pressured into buying another upgrade of extra insurance as the company I was now talking to and collecting the car from was another company that I did not have insurance with but it was required. There was a smug person dealing with this who seemed to know exactly what I was talking about but happily knew I was in a difficult position having already paid for the hire. Once I paid I was given a list of items NOT covered. I then had to pay a deposit of £380 after paying for two lots of extra insurance! Got to the car to find many dents and scratches on. There were three pen marks to show some but not all. Drop off took another 20 minutes. Still had £380 showing on my Credit card for 5 days. A bad experience not expected by a company like Enterprise. "

" Voucher mentioned I will need to pay 30 euros locally as I wanted to travel to another country. To my surprise I was charged 96 euros at the counter. Misleading, deceiving and unprofessional practise from your side. "

A "Guide to Driving in Bulgaria" that explained road signs and local highway customs would have been useful. "

" Sofia Enterprise is below rubbish. The car had no fuel in it when we picked it up meaning we had to find a garage 1st thing! It had bad damage to the bumper and loss of fog lamp. As for how it ran well let's just say I have never driven a car this bad.! The service is also in terminal and British flights go to terminal 1 meaning we had to get a taxi each way at 20. Make sure you have cash or you have a 4 k walk "
