" We planned for me to be driving but your office card machine would not accept my credit card pin number. My husband's credit card is the same joint account but they would not accept this card without charging us for him being an additional driver. They then processed the paperwork for the car and on the way to it explained that it was an automatic, not the manual we specified. They could not provide us with a manual VW Polo. They then offered us a manual Kia Ceed, which had no Sat Nav but was otherwise acceptable. After driving some 200 Km a worrying car fault indication message came on. We called the office for guidance. No one could help but it was agreed if we could email a photo of the fault indicator, they would get back to us. No email was received until after the departure of our flight home. This message was very stressful. It reduced our use and enjoyment of the car and caused us to drive back to the airport earlier than planned and with much anxiety "

" I used the Auto Europe site (accessed through SkyScanner whom I trust) because it seemed to be clearer on what "Full Insurance" covered than Enterprises's own site. For online transactions like this, the feeling of trust that you are not going to be ripped off is critical. Anything unclear or dubious I avoid. So SkyScanner, AutoEurope and Enterprise are all favourites of mine. "

" As usual everything went to plan with Auto Europe, with plenty of guidance for the trip. Picking up the vehicle with voucher supplied was all straight forward. This is my usual experience with Auto Europe, I found to be the best out there for transparency and price. "
" On return of the vehicle there were at least 3 agents helping out with returned vehicles, which was excellent. I would say they were Brilliant. My wife is disabled and in a wheelchair. They helped out and took us back to the terminal so that we did not have to get the airport bus (back to the terminal). Couldn't thank them enough for all their help. Would use definitely use them again for next trip "
