" Horrendous. Holiday ruined. Disgusting. As we did not receive the booking voucher which would have apparently included all the information, I think it is appalling that you refuse to give a refund. If someone at your place is to blame for us not receiving the voucher, I don't se me how you have the audacity to keep the rental fee when we did not in fact end up renting said car and instead had to fork out hundreds on taxis! "
" As they would not allow us to take the rental car we hired, I'd say it wasn't a successful experience. I did not receive our booking voucher so nowhere did it say to us that we needed a €900 deposit on the credit card of the named driver. Even when we changed the name driver, they wouldn't accept my mums card as she didn't know her pin even though they had the facility to take the long card number and security code to ensure the deposit could have been taken. Even though we had someone else in the party with that available on their credit card, we were still unable to take the car yet the hire funds have not and apparently will not be returned to us. Absolutely appalling. I accept this was not purely Enterprises fault but also Auto Europe are to blame also. "

" Make sure to register on paper any malfunctioning of a car upon pickup, as the staff may not be trustworthy. "
" When picking up the vehicle, the tank was only 3/4 full. According to the staff, the tank was full but the meter did not work correctly. At filling up the tank before returning the car, it turned out the meter did work correctly. When signaling this issue at the drop off, staff recognized this incorrect information, but offered no compensation except for a future free upgrade. "

" All round terrible experience robbed of 130 pound and mislead into purchasing rental without beig teld clearly about credit card only deposit then recieved absolutely nothing but rudeness and disrespect when trying to recieve a refund "

I tried to explain that size was more important than a premium brand. In the end I had to be 70 Eur extra to upgrade to a larger car. Will avoid Enterprise in future "

" Auto Europe were great, our flight was delayed and DOLLAR car rental Schipol would not wait for us even tho we had hired a car from them. I phoned Auto Europe and they found us another company ( Enterprise ) who would wait for us to clear customs and collect the car. DOLLAR will not wait even 1 minute past 10 pm even if you have a contract with them. Thank goodness for Auto Europe they sorted us out within minutes of our phonecall. "
