" I would have scored this a 10 for Europcar and close to 10 for value but for one issue. The car was to be hired in Belgium, which is a small country. I declared at the time of booking that I would be taking the car into France but there was no indication online that there would be an additional charge for this. I was surprised by the amount of the charge. The insurance risks are not really any different in northern France compared to southern Belgium and I think the standard hire charge ought to cover adjacent countries. At the very least, the additional charge should have been quoted at the time of booking. "

" Good experience as usual with AutoEurope but extremely terrible with Europecar, many years ago this car rental dealer used to be far better. "
" No personnel at the check in counter, I need to wait 10 minutes and even worst, no Europecar staff in the offices near the car pick-up, I need to ask to some car cleaner staff to collect the boost seat for my daughter, which happened after nearly 30 minutes, hanging around to found the appropriate staff. Unacceptable how Europecar is not organized in Brussels Airport. "

" The first car I received had not been cleaned, it was dirty inside and out. The second car was cleaner on the inside (although not perfect), but still unwashed on the outside. Very poor. "

" excellent service in Charleroi, so also on return in Brussels. This is also the reason i always rent from Autoeurope. Just like to suggest after more then 10 years renting nearly every month, there should be a member club or special prices for loyal customers. certainly now, the prices are rocket high to rent since after covid . from 200-300€ to 1.400-2000 € is very steep and start considering have to buy a car. I als rent out a house and people rent from you on my advise. "

" The collection took about 15-20mins given a few instructions regarding fuel etc and advised that the Tour de France was in town on my return journey- so helped me plan accordingly. The drop off took 1 minute. What more can I say! Thank you Autoeurope. "
