" Was disappointed I couldn't get a policy with collision damage waiver arranged that I would have nothing to pay at all if I had a bump. I used to get tthis when I hired cars in the USA. "
" Was given an automatic car on arrival despite having asked for a manual on the order form This was rectified but I did have to request it. Also very tight on time for returning the car prior to checking in for my flight due to opening time of car hire company. They did turn up early but I had already checked in by then. Would have preferred to have done it the other way round. Also, nowhere available to park the car when returning vehicle as no-one around to supervise. Had to park on a double yellow and block others in. "
