" The only criticism was that the car I booked was listed as a double-cab pick up, which I believe means a second row of proper seats, like a normal car. The car provided was a cab plus which has a small bench being the front seats and not full seats. In the end my plans changed and this proved to be adequate however it could've been useless. I appreciate there's potential for confusion over the meaning of "double-cab" and I wasn't entirely surprised when the car was not as I expected but I think the listing needs to be clearer at the point of booking. "

" I made a mistake with my booking and booked the car for 2 days before I arrived at Phuket airport. I picked up a car from you and was told I had to return it at 9am on Boxing Day, 3 days earlier than I had booked it as apparently you didn't have any cars for the second half of my week. I returned the car as requested and then asked whether you had another car I could hire, and your colleague said yes, and gave me back the car I had just dropped off. How much nicer it would have been if she had called me and said that the car was now available and I could extend it for the remainder of my stay to save me driving all the way to the airport and back early in the morning. That would have been excellent customer service, and much appreciated. Yes, I know it was my fault for getting the date wrong in the first place but would have been easy thing for your colleague at Phuket airport to have done for me. "
