" Staff very friendly but the car was in poor condition; apart form being pretty beaten up it did not feel safe to drive.. at times when accelerating there was no power, so had to push either really hard on pedal or change gears.. did not feel safe driving neither of the 2 phone numbers for Emergency worked ! "

" Was glad the office was still open after the delayed flight, but the late fee seems excessive. Then got a bill for 200e for damage to a wheel I didn't do. I complained and the charge was removed. Not an all round good experience "

" All good. However, when returning the car during the day, I expect someone to be on reception in order to take the key and check all is good. Otherwise you continue on your journey, unaware if there are going to be other charges for damage etc., which you cannot defend as you've left the location. "

" Quite disappointed by how the car was on the Spanish side. Since I did not have a visa I couldn't go get the car. I had to wait for 1 hour for the counter clerk to get the car for me. The reason I booked through Autoeurope was because it specifically said it would be at the airport terminal. "

" We were expecting to pick the car up in Gibraltar as we had golf clubs plus suitcases to carry across the border fortunately the pick up for the car was it too far away from the border "

" Auto Europe did exactly what we expected of them, Avis could and should have told us up front about the changes in pick up and drop off. "

" We had no up front notification that the process at Gibraltar Airport had changed and that instead of collecting a car outside the terminal we had to go half a mile into a car park across the border into Spain. Bad enough when a lot of luggage is involved but when you have a 91 year old needing Special Assistance with you it is a major problem. It is even worse on the way back when the traffic over the border is too heavy to allow for crossing twice, making the 91 year old walk most of the distance in hot sunshine rather than a drop off at the terminal. "

" Booking through AutoEurope worked without hitch and saved money. "

" Third time with Autos Aguirre. Would use a fourth. No hard sell for insurance but they will take a 600 EUR damage deposit which was refunded 1 day after return. Car was less than 3/4s full when sold as a full:full policy, but took a photo of fuel gauge and returned the same with no issues. "
