" Extremely easy. We found the car rental near the exit of the airport. All straight forward. Nice car suitable for our needs. Dropped the keys off in a letter box on return. I would have liked an email after returning the car to say all well and deposit returned to credit card. "

" It's a legal requirement in Slovakia to provide vehicle with winter tyres after November 15th. I picked up cat in dark rainy at 9 pm from open car park considering car would have winter tyres. I only found out when I reached Banska Štavnica that it didn't have winter tyres., while I was already up the hill. In morning temperature dropped to -9C and it was a nightmare to drive the car back downhill. Can you please inform Global to make sure all the legal requirements are fulfilled before handing cars to customers. Thanks. "

" Initiall communication with office staff poor , didnt looks like they bother to answer my questions. Counter staff on airport very nice and helpful . Car .. I order 7 seats car which was more expensive then 5+2 but when I arrived I got Opel zafira which in my eyes is 5+2 as we really struggle to fit with all luggage. We end up to have to get another car and drive with 2 cars which as you can expect cost more in petrol and road tax in each country . Driving experience with this car very poor hard to control with lack grip to the road but this maybe be just this type of car ... "
