" Booking with Auto Europe was really easy, good price and communication "
" Collection of the vehicle was very slow. The desk staff didn't seem very efficient so in the end it took over an hour to be served. Despite the vehicle checks, there was no water in the window wiper fluid and there were notifications on the dashboard such as airbag error and oil 'service needed now'. As explained at return, these were actioned but the messages were not deleted. We could have been warned about this at the collection. Return was super easy, the guy was very efficient so it didn't take long at all. "

" Booking was easy and good price. Despite putting our arrival time on the booking and letting auto Europe know that we were going to be late due to fight delay we were charged on arrival €50 for arriving after the normal opening hours for green motion. Even if the flight hadn't been delayed we would still have arrived an hour after the closing time and rental agreement from auto Europe stated that out of hours extra charge at Podgorica was included in the amount paid "

" The experience overall has been excellent on both occasions I have hired cars however the only downfall is the conditions of the vehicles aren't always 100%. The vehicles are safe however they could be taken care of a bit more. Nonetheless I would highly recommend this company as it was very straight forward and lovely customer service. "
