" Booked an intermediate Prestige suv. Offered a Toyota Corolla when I arrived, which I REFUSED. Given a Volvo S60 as all that was available but not an SUVwhich I booked as I am 2m tall. 5 mins after collection I realised the tank was only 3/4 full despite being told it the car was full. "

The price I paid upfront was an introduction fee, I was already well aware of her and didn't expect to pay so much for such a short time hiring a car. I Have hired cars all over Europe and think I've been ripped off here "

I chose a result with auto Europe, and was under the understanding, as I was only borrowing a car overnight that the price I paid on that website was the final price. The way that your pricing is represented is very misleading. "

" A long initial wait for the car pickup as there were none of the size I had booked available on my arrival. It took about two hours to eventually drive off. Also though stated as an airport Rental, the car rental buildings are a bus shuttle ride away. You should factor this in as bags etc have to be moved on and off the shuttle. "
" I arrived at Hertz car rental after the stated time of pickup to find that there were NO cars available. The staff were kind enough to tell me the booking system was fouled up and that cars expected in that day were late. I was offered a minivan but that was not suitable for my needs. I could do nothing but wait for a suitable car to come along. Over an hour later one did come in and I was offered and took that one. Because they were under pressure to turn the car round the cleaning was as thorough as it should have been as dirt was found in the boot space. "

" Car pick up with the Auto Europe voucher all went well. It was the return of the vehicle and return of the keys back to the hire centre that was terrible. "
" Copenhagen Airport Rental building is off site. you have to get bus to and from car hire centre. if this is not bad enough on return of the vehicle there was no Hertz agent in the Hertz returns Cabin (which BTW is furthest from Hire centre building). So had to return keys to the hire centre which means dragging luggage all the way back to the centre to return the keys and then to bus stop to get back to Airport Building. So Hertz customer service is totally non existent for vehicle return, they rely on customers to do their work while they site in nice warm building. Never again!!!!!! The whole experience very stressful and made even worse as my wife is disabled and in a wheelchair!!!!!!!!! "

" This the second time I pay more than expected when hiring a Hertz car in Copenhagen airport. This time, my voucher including all was £164,54, charged by you on 14.5.2018. The car was handed back in time without damage and with a full tank. However, a further £ 65,30 was taken by you on 15.15.2018 without any justification. Furthermore, I never received an invoice from Hertz via email as they stated at drop-off. I expect you to refund the extra charge without any delay. Thanks! "
