" Overall, booking with Auto Europe took the stress and strain out of the whole car rental. It worked from start to finish. Of course, nothing can prepare you for the condition of the small roads in Jamaica, but driving slowly and steadily learn the Jamaica vibe and their way of driving. It does take a bit longer to get to places, so leave plenty of time and enjoy the trip. "
" Island Car staff were excellent. The team at the collection at MBJ worked really hard to source an appropriate vehicle at collection as the pre-booked car was not available at collection. Although this meant I had to wait for about an hour - they kept me informed and were really helpful throughout. "

" The pick up details and depot information where completely incorrect as Montego Bay hotel I was instructed to pick up at was closed so I had to get a taxi back to the airport to collect the car there "

" As usual a good choice and good value "
" Seen quickly and welcoming efficient team but the car was not ready for us, we were told 30-45 minutes but in the end we waited in the heat for an hour only then to be shuttled to their out of town depot to collect the car and do the paperwork so overall it was 1 hour 30 minutes before we were on our way. The counter and depot people were good and lovely but this is too long, surely an alternative car, even an upgrade, certainly a drink or some form of redress/making good at the time would have been in order. "

" Booked 2 weeks in advance, received confirmation. got to the counter to be told they have no cars available, had to wait around for over 2 hours while they sorted out a car that was in terrible condition. Staff unprofessional. "

" On drop-off had to return to arrivals booking office to hand over paperwork from car check in staff before going on to departures .... long wait so whole drop off process took almost 45 minutes plus the extra walking with luggage! For the rest I was very satisfied and staff very helpful and friendly. "
