" All went very smoothly. Their rental base is actually a few miles away from the airport but they have a regular shuttle bus. The car included SatNav, which I wasn't expecting. As with so many aspects of Japanese life, the service level is superb and the lady who did the paperwork brought us to the car, checked it with us and, without us asking, changed the SatNav to English. "

" Okay value and fairly quick booking process "
" The staff were very friendly and efficient. The car was in okay condition, but over the 3 days we rented the car, the engine and gearbox didn't feel the healthiest. "

" Having used Nippon rent-a-car before the service was very different. Our car was waiting as soon as we entered and we were offered an upgrade. Then when we returned the car it was equally as smooth. Very smooth and amazing customer experience. "
