" Auto Europe booking was easy to use. Unfortunately the Sixt experience was average to poor. An unknown and unauthorised charge made after vehicle return and following confirmation of no issue and no further payment required at point of return is unacceptable. "

" quite happy with Auto Europe and have used them many times. I especially like that the rates are refundable and it's easy to price match if the rates drop, which is quite likely with the currency fluctuations we see. "

" Nice car, friendly service. Only gripes were fuel tank was not full and I was told to return it at the same level, which is really awkward, especially on a short hire and they used the rip off DCC (dynamic currency conversion) when reserving the damage deposit without asking me and then expected me to sign to say I accepted it! So I was not happy bit as it was only a deposit it wasn't worth making too big a fuss about. "

" I had booked the car for 9am from Amman airport, I was received at around 10am. Green Motion is not based at the airport so that was about 15 minutes drive. I arrived at green motion where they had not checked the car properly and it had many faults in it. They changed the car thrice for me till I was satisfied with how it operated. The car from the inside was also not so clean so I asked for it to be hoovered. It took around 2.5 hours for me in total to receive my car which actually had a knock on effect on my trip to Petra. I was not satisfied with the car or the service. "

" The car was fabulous and we loved Jordan. However the country and towns are very difficult to navigate without a navigational aid. If you offer a Sat Nat then it should be provided. At the very least you should provide a paper map to the country and capital Amman. These failings cost us a lot of money and marred our experience significantly. Probably won't use you again for this reason. "

" When I hired the car I was offered and accepted the addition of a Sat Nav for the vehicle. When we picked the car up the man in the office was disinterested and said they didn't have a Sat Nav in the office. I then asked for a paper map of Jordan and he responded he didn't have one. We were therefore left with no guidance as we drove. In the end I had to pay a lot of money to get GPS data minutes on my mobile. I find this situation wholly unacceptable. "

" Easy to book "

" Should be made clear that the vehicle is not at the airport. Had to wait to be collected to be taken to their office. Vehicle had not been cleaned inside and there was no water in the windscreen washers. On dropping the vehicle off the office was closed and had to wait for someone to come so we could leave it. "
