Happened to me before with google autofill, but never was a problem in any places in the world I travelled before, as it was corrected during the signing of the documents. Forced by circumstance (two elderly persons waiting) I had to get the car, so on top of my first booking I had to pay an extortion of a price, so I effectively paid for it twice and five time the price. There was no other car available either. My Christmas surprise from Kaizen really was a nasty one. "

Samochody zawsze czyste oraz w świetnym stanie, gotowe do podróży. Jest to firma, która nie "naciąga" klienta na nieistniejące/mikroskopijne uszkodzenia auta. " I was waiting with my 6 yer old daughter for 2 h on the Airport in Poznan because the Kaizen stuff couldn't find my booking on the system. Contacted the Kaizen office twice. The second time after my desperate proposal of sending the screenshot of my booking thay finally located the car. Terrible experience. "

" To be honest I am very disappointed...first of all the Kaizen rep failed to meet me in the arrivals hall with the sign . If it was not for me speaking polish and calling the number I have no idea how i would meet him..it turned out he waited for me in the car park across from the terminal! He had no id proceeded to block £1000 on my credit card where agreement was 500 zl...he then insisted I drop him to a deposit 2-3 miles down the road, I was fuming and it was not a great start to my holiday..on the return I rang twice to check they were meeting me and would call me when they have arrived,that happened but when the guy checked the car he said there was a scratch at the back of the car...I could not see it and I took a photo all it was was a dirt...he insisted and put it on the form I have not acknowledged it as I could not see the scratch, he said may be I parked near the bushes...the car never went near any bushes...it put a stress on me before my journey back, I left the car not knowing was was going to happen. There was no scratch I was 100% but it all felt underhand...I will never ever hire a car with Kaizen group again and suggest you do not promote them... "

" The worse experience with any car renal. I waited 1h 45min to get the car after making few calls what was happening etc, they could not even found my bookings on the system. When after all the wait I got the car , the car was dirty def not clean to covid 19 standard, there was no car seat (my daughter is 3 she was with me) , very stressful. After all the wait paper work was not done so we needed to go to some kind of car park and to pick up the car seat . The card machine did not work so the representative needed to call another base to get deposit to be taken from my card, in all that he did not make any apology was very rude and aggressive, so it took 2h to get the car and as you can imagine my level of patience was very low at that point. He never explained anything . After all that when I was returning the car I contacted the representative about dropping the car at the airport (previously he said they will contact me day before which the company did not bother at all), his respnse was i don't know anything about and car drop etc. ,so i called the main office and after 10min call girl said to me someone will call me in that time I was already driving to airport. The same person I texted called me and said or yes it is me I am meeting you to get the car but you need to get me from the town... really very poor answer... so after all that I returned pick him up where worrying I will miss my fly... when I got to the place ho was not even there so waited another 10min, when he showed up he looked like he just woken up , he was not sorry , he smelled of smoke and not cigarette .... I will not say of what here.... so after all that I will not call this good experience at all... no sorry nothing... "
