" This was my worst experience with hire car companies ever. My flight was delayed! I rang and informed your office! I asked for my flight number and situation to be shared with Europcar. I got there, after running through the airport, to find they were shut. I had to make alternative arrangements, returned to the airport the next morning to be told the car wasn't available and had been sold on. Had to wait for your customer service to re open, to be told the only solution was to spend more and hope that Europcar would adhere to the contract, but it wasn't guaranteed! I was left stranded in an airport in a foreign country with an elderly parent, and customer service was useless. I was refused when asked if I could be passed to management or complaints department. I am majorly out of pocket and have submitted a complaint to which I am waiting for an effective response to. I have already began to tell people how awful this service was. "

" The front and rear screen washers did not work, this is not just inconvenient, it's dangerous and as such the vehicle was unroadworthy. I demonstrated this to the person accepting the vehicle at return. I expect a concession toward this fact. "

" Hi Team, I just wanted to say that I was very disappointed to find the deposit I was required to leave was 800euro and not the amount quoted in your email below. When I showed the email to the member of staff he just advised me you are wrong and apparently this happens every single time someone books through yourself. He had no intention of assisting me or trying to lower the deposit so whilst I was in a foreign airport I've had to contact my Bank and increase my credit card limit there and then to allow me to hire the car and continue on my journey. Huge amount of stress caused and I was late checking into the hotel. I know its not your fault but I wanted to feed this back as the rudeness and just lack of compassion and willingness to help that I experienced with Europcar in Charleroi was very disappointing they just genuinely did not care. "

" I will never be going back to them or Europcar, I arrived on Saturday, ended up waiting in the Europcar queue almost an hour. There was a special desk with a Keddy sign on it, however when I got there, they would not process this because I booked from autoeurope, not the main Keddy site, I had go back to the main queue. Keddy doesn't even have a website. I'm not sure whether to be mad at Keddy or Europcar, when I got my car, the full tank was not full, but they expected a full tank returned. I left my important USB in the car, when I reuturned it, I ran back to get it, they already threw away the envelope it was in. I got back the envelop empty, they had stolen my USB, lied, pretended to look for it in their bins. Thiefs. I'm still angry! "
