" Everything was great however the rude staff at their third party swearing at me simply makes this a negative experience "
" First things first - rental price was the main driver behind this rental however as Keddy uses a third party provider in the airport and their service level was beyond rude! I've used Europcar in Denmark 20+ times over the last few years but this time is the last time I'll ever expose myself to their rudeness! Sadly this reflects badly on Keddy but as it's part of the experience it's hard to leave out! "

" Car was good, and drop off in Copenhagen city was easy and only 5min walk to central station. "
" Easy pick up and drop off. Worth knowing that the office closes at 23.00 at Copenhagen Airport and is a bus ride from the terminal. "

" Excellent overall, very efficient pick up, no waiting, the car was great and the price was really competitive. "
" The cost, check in experience and vehicle were excellent. The drop off was a bit challenging as it wasn't clear where to drop the vehicle and when we found the right car-park the Europcar section was barriered off. We tried ringing the number provided for the Europcar representative at Billund Airport but he wasn't very helpful. We just had to leave the car in a random space. Other than the drop off, the whole experience was excellent. "
