" Pick up experience very quick and easy, just what you need after a long flight. When I dropped car I was hoping they would give me reassurance all was okay. Instead just saying deposit will be released tomorrow if all okay. There was no queue of people. Get theimpression they don't leave the desk for pick or drop off activity. "

" The Christchurch pick up was fine however as we travelled on the Interislander ferry from south island to north island we needed to pick up a new car at Wellington. The Wellington pick up was very unsatisfactory. We were told initially that they had no available car for us and only a pick up truck / UTE was available. When I complained an alternative car that was being returned was made available. Overall we waited an hour. In addition the car we were given did not have a completely full tank of petrol. To improve the experience the same class of car should be ready and waiting at the ferry terminal if the hire cars are not allowed to travel over on the ferry. "

" Europcar was very good. New car. No administration hassle. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. "
" Allthough I booked with Keddy the rental at Wellington Airport was actually with Europcar. The car was a brand new Kia Stonic which was ideal. The service both at collection and drop off was friendly and efficient. The price was good compared with the competition. "

" Auckland airport car rental still suffering after floods but flight delay and lost bags caused us to be late for pickup. Some people turned away due to offices closing (not just keddy). Car return signs not all there so we ended driving an extra loop in heavy traffic to find drop off. "
" Staff very helpful but car ordered not available. We're offered an upgrade to ford ranger then car was not available, 2nd ranger offered not cleaned. Finally got ford Everest which was good. Hate to think what mileage we would have got with a ranger! Lucky to get served as office shut at 7pm and people behind us were turned away until the next day - we could not have coped with this and nothing indicated closing time when we booked. No inspection of car for damage etc "
