" Absolutely no signage regarding the location of the desk (it was actually enterprise). I spent 45 minutes trying to find it after receiving incorrect instructions via the phone number. I was also charged a late pick up fee which I wasn't aware of prior to booking. Finally; the extra charge to clean the car is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. The issue finding the desk and the hidden charges mean I won't be booking again "

" I was due to travel with my wife, but due to medical reasons, which I have proof of, I couldn't travel. My wife traveled alone but when she tried to collect the car from the rental company, although she had all relevant documents and driving licence, she was refused the vehicle, and was obliged to rent and pay for another vehicle. The staff were unhelpful to say the least. as was Auto Europe when she called them. I am now in the process of trying to claim back the original payment and finding this also extremely difficult. "

As they failed to show me the terms in my booking or even prove the existence of the fee as such I refused to pay and they let me take the vehicle. I think Greenmotion Vilnius are having borderline practices charging their clients with nonexistent fees. "

" It took a while to get the car picked up. There was no-one in the office. After phoning number on the door agent came in the next 5-10 minutes. It took a very long time to go through paperwork for whatever reason. I had all my documents and voucher ready. And yet a full hour passed by the time we got to the car. Car was booked to be picked up at 1:30pm, we left the parking lot just about 2:30... Agent also tried to add a one way fee, however was not communicating this to me, but was instead phoning a colleague when the system would not allow him to do it. He was just going to charge my card and not tell me about it. "

" The pick up of the car was late. I had a car booked for 10:30 am. After phoning the number on the door, the agent has come to the office just about at 11am. From there on filling of paperwork was smooth. Been handed the car keys and sent on my way to the car. I have then found that I was given an automatic car rather than one with a manual gearbox that I booked. That's not a big deal, but I would have expected to be told that at the desk in person. I must say that I was given a luxury car instead of a compact. Which I appreciate, however, the communication could have been better. "

" Dear all. Very disappointed with the car I was given during my rental period. Considering the amount of money it had costed me I was embarrassed to use it. - Car was cosmetically damaged on the outside. It had scratches and the number plate has been bent. - Car was dirty inside, upholstery and windows. - Screenwash had finished minutes after we have left the terminal area - 2 front tyres were obvious it did not have enough air in it. The day later had the warning light flashing I had to inflate. - Worst was the child seat. It was a filthy, worn out with split belt supports seat. No parent would be happy to put their children into that seat. Knowing this is a rental and this is what you get I had no choice but to use it. I am extremely disappointed with the quality I received I don't think I will ever book again with auto Europe. "

" Instead reserving deposit on my credit card they charged my card for the amount of deposit. This incurred in addition non sterling charges on my card. Initially the were denying any wrongdoing and advised me to contact my credit card issuer. It took few phone calls and more than an hour of my time waisted for them to admit what they done. Later I received email with the excuse (!) but not an apology about what happened. Now, one month after my rental started, I still waiting for my money to be returned. "

" The staff in Kaunas airport was rude and ignorant. Especially one girl. They gave me a car and told me to make sure it is clean . I washed it before I brought car back but then they checked under mats. I never lifted mats when i took car and man who have me a car never did neither. I had car only for few days and I kept it clean. I definitely know it was not my mess under mats but I was charged € 15 to clean it. Very disappointed. I Try to prove it wasn't me and what they should check under mats together with customer before their issue a car but I was just send off. "
