" Quite easy to pick up and drop off. The car was ok, generally good condition. Some minor faults: ventilation : knob didn't rotate past windscreen and feet and I couldnt work out the cruise control, and there wasnt manual with the car to try work it out. "

" Its difficult to rate the 'experience' of Nucar because as a customer its not clear what Nucar is. Is it Auto Europe? Is it the End Vehicle Supplier? Is it something else... However, just in terms of the customer journey... There is a degree of uncertainty when booking because of the delay between submission and it being confirmed with the end supplier. Removing this would give customers more confidence to book in future, especially for time sensitive car hires. Also the voucher aspect of the service is not typically what one would expect with car hire providers. Usually one would just book and the backend system updates without the customer having to print off a barcode and present it at pickup. I realise this is a tricky part of the process to manager. "
