" OK mobility do not have a desk at the airport as claimed in the booking details. The phone number on the voucher is also incorrect. When we finally got to their office, we were pressurised into taking insurance and were told that without it, any damage however minor would result in the forfeiture of 100% of the deposit The staff though were polite and helpful "
