" I honestly felt scammed. I had taken out extra insurance for windows and excess protection - I dont think that car was even worth the premium never mind the excess "

" I was told that i was getting an upgrade. What they didnt tell me was that the car was 5 years old with 90,000 KM, no wheel trims, a passenger window that didnt work, every panel had peeling paint and scratches and dents everywhere. Muscat is quite hilly and this car struggled even on the lowest incline. I took it back after one day and they changed it striaght away. But thta wasted 3 hours of our 2 day holiday. I will never use this company again and I would advise anyone who is "offered" an upgrade to ask the age and condition before accepting it. "

" The staff at the counter was very slow, she was trying to multitask and the result was that it took 1hr to do the check-in and pick up the car. Moreover we booked a baby seat and they didn't have one; they said they would have provided one later in the day but none got in touch and we stayed the whole week without car seat. "

" Very efficient counter staff at pick up. Rushed delivery of car. Several minor scratches not entered on delivery sheet. Tyres inflation not checked !!!! "

" Only discovered after 100km that the cars tyres were under inflated and that this had not been checked before I took charge of the car. Very disappointing!!! Basic safety check missed. "

" No issues, everything as expected. "

" For the second time in a short time, they struggled to find Autoeurope reservation in their system. This time I seemed to have ended up with a 'walk in' car.. The car was far from new but the condition was ok. Appreciated the drop off which was quick and they didn't try to find any possible scratch to charge for. "
