" This is my second rental in two months with Dollar in Panama City. Great experience both times. This time was a new twist: the new airport terminal was opened and Dollar ended up driving us to the new terminal as we dropped off the car. "

" No complaints except the drop off process is very slow and tedious. There was only one man who examines the cars dropped off and he was not outside when I and two other cars arrived at the same time. I had to go inside to the office to fetch him. It still took a good 30 minutes for the process and even longer for the others who were behind me. "
