" Good service and price but some problems about the snow chains. In Italy, if didn't have the snow chains a board you risk a penalty. Please provide all your car with the snow chains or the termic tyres. The customer don't need ask the snow chains but the Europe Union forced you to respect the rules. Avis for few euros more,don't play with the lives. "

" The car was a Dacia Sandero which was noisy and felt like a diesel. The gearbox was clunky. I suppose it's a cheap car so you get what you pay for. An Italian car would have been better. Otherwise there were no major problems apart from the office in Pescara airport not opening until 9:00am. "
