" Decent price with AutoEurope, hence they are always my go to, since I got Zero Excess as well with the rental - live saver! "

" Absolutely top class. Norbit from SIXT was a legend! We hit a deer on the M7 during early hours on a Sunday and completely freaked out. Luckily nothing happened to the deer, but our car's front bumper, licence plate and engine hood was totalled. The engine hood wouldnt close and was partially blocking the vision of the car. Regardless, SIXT has been super helpful by staying on the phone when Police arrived to talk/translate and communicate the whole incident. Unfortunately breakdown services were away, so we tried to drive the car back to the drop off slowly and safely. Have always been impressed with SIXT services, but Hungary SIXT has taken it to the next level "

" I use Autoeurope many years at list 3 times a year. It's desirable to choose well-known rental companies especially if one wants to cross state boards. It's always more expansive, but in case of any problem, you can expect help from renter, because they have departments all over the world. "

" I always rent a car via Autoeurope or Easyterra and use excess cover option. This time it was Sixt, No problem was found with the car and no problem with the rental company. On all stages of my travel they act on the way one should expect. "

" I don't think the car we booked was the same level car that we received. I ordered a Ford Mondeo and was offered a Toyota Corolla. The staff at the desk said they were the same category, I disagree as a Mondeo would be the same as a Camry (which I was told would be another €70) and the Corolla I recieved would be the same as a Ford Focus. They need to be more honest when picking up the car "

" I used autoeurope a lot and never had any problems. But now when I had a problem, your procedures seemed ridiculous. The wait times are outrageous. 10 minutes?? Really? The staff refused to help and call the supplier. What?? I understand that you are just brokers, but when a customer of yours is in trouble anyways, running out of battery, delayed planes, etc don't tell me to call the supplier myself. Help me please and be nice. One guy put me on hold for 25 minutes than hang up. The only helpful person was Paul who is based somewhere in the states. You guys could totally rock the industry if only you managed to improve customer service. "

" Sixt is great. It's just my flight got delayed and I was unable to contact them for hours. Neither was able autoeurope staff. If there would be people managing the phones at Sixt, it would be amazing. The counter staff waited for my delayed flight tho outside her normal hours which was amazing. And she was very nice on arrival. "

" The booking process was quite straightforward regarding the car. You make a request and then they confirm the availability. It still feels rather vague as to the car you are actually going to get. I still feel I never quite know what I've paid for regarding insurance, and then the insurance of the insurance and so on. I want to pay one price and know I'm covered in all eventualities but they seem to make it as difficult as possible to understand (Not just Auto Europe). The price was a good one and I don't think I could have done better. "

" The car we received was an upgrade at no extra cost. It was very comfortable and we had lots of space. I don't think I've ever known a company SO diligent about marks on the car. Some, on a door, were so tiny they were barely discernible and one, on a window, we couldn't find. It made us paranoid all week about any form of stone chip etc. i.e. something we could do little about. Also, I thought I'd paid for the additional insurance with my booking, but the Sixt operative couldn't confirm this. I still think I did, and the booking seems to suggest that, but why oh why it just can't be clear I don't know. Overall my inner belief is that car hire and the associated insurancs are a scam. This experience with Sixt remains a good one. "
