" Terrible collection experience. The staff had found someone else who shared my name on their systems and filled in their details instead of mine. They were most upset when I asked them to correct the details. The car was in appalling condition, 58,000km on the clock, engine management warning light, clonking noises from the transmission, 2/3s tank of fuel instead of full and dented and scratched on every panel. My complaints went unheeded, this was the only available car according to the lazy staff. "

" Car was supposed to be provided full of fuel as per contract. It was not. We ended up over filling by 1/3 tank to ensure we were not charged. Felt ripped off. Drop of was a joke told to phone a number when we arrived and they would come to us. Called the number and just told to park the car where we picked it up. Not possible as the car park was totally full. Not given any kind receipt when we dropped the car off. "

" Instructions to find the counter on arrival could have been better but once found all was quick and we were in our car within five minutes. Car was a little scruffy but sometimes better not to have a perfect car in Thailand! All damage agreed. On return, we called ahead and guy was there to check the car. Slightly annoying that then had to go into the terminal to finalise the paperwork, as we were not using that terminal, but only added an extra five mins. "
