" Somewhat dissapointing "

" I was requested to use steering wheel lock which I dod although was extremely inconvenient. There was a second fob attached to the keys to lock and unlock the doors which made the keys very bulky to fit in a pocket. The boot lind woul not open without bouncing on the bot lid first. "

" Should you not have a maximum age for rental vehicles stated in your agreements with your suppliers that your reputation is put at risk with when they supply these 'wrecks' to your customers?? "

" The vehicle was a very old five + years Hyundai i10 which had certainly seen better days it had scratches and dents on most corners On returning the vehicle the chap accepting it said it was one of their oldest cars and they should perhaps be selling it on!! "

" Great company but very expensive if book direct so always use Auto Europe as I my daily rental charge would have been x3 if I had gone direct with Trifty! "

" Following hurricane Irma many of the cars were in very poor condition and also due to the state of the roads. I had to return the key after a few days as I was that frustrated with it due it haveing a flat battery. THe replacement key worked fine. "

" I think that airport service charges, contract fees and any other non-optional charges should be included in the base rate. To do otherwise, is not really defensible. "
