" staff were absolutely great. Replaced the car within 90 minutes, dropping it at our accommodation when the fanbelt went. The Jimny's are getting pretty battered and tired now but with the condition of the roads thats not surprising! Efficient at having the car ready as always, 15 mins from walking out of security to being in the car. really efficient adding extra drivers etc. Would 100% recommend! "

" They were ready for us with the paperwork and car at the set time, we were away in the car in 15 minutes. Hardback also excellent, they were expecting us, Check in took 5 minutes, no issues with the car or any charges as there was no damage to the vehicle in our hire period. "

" like many hire cars on the Island the quality is not he same as we are used to n Europe or USA. but adequate for needs. easy pick up. sign posting for drop off could be better. very nice to arrive and not be pressured into buying its of insurance! nice staff. "

" Everything very good except the car. It must have been over 10 years old, had no central locking, struggled to start and the aircon barely worked. I have used Stoutes a number of times before and always had nearly new cars that functioned perfectly. Will think twice upon using them again! "

" Although we booked to collect the car at the airport, our booking was in the middle of our stay in Barbados. When contacted by our hotel, Stoutes actually delivered it to our hotel and collected it from there at no extra cost. Very friendly and considerate staff. "

" Although staff polite & friendly, it was a very slow and manual process of paperwork on arrival (the majority of this could/should have been pre-completed as was provided as part of my online booking). For the 2nd time of using this company, the vehicle was very old, tired and not road worthy (extreme shaking of steering at 65kph and above). Would not use again as I expect a much higher standard in a rental vehicle "
